Hi. I am Jon. I run Just(j)OnTime. We are a small business that buys, sells, and trades watches mainly run by a guy named Jon. Could you tell by the name?
We live by a simple motto: "Wear what you love." Notice we didn't say, "Wear what makes your accountant sweat," or "Wear what makes you feel like a James Bond wannabe." But especially not “Wear what makes you feel like Christian Bateman.” Because let's be honest, the watch world can be a bit... well, stuffy.
We're a bit different. Alright, maybe more than a bit. We're about as conventional as a square watch in a round world. Although that is a dumb metaphor with how popular the Cartier Tank and Apple Watch are (I blame the AI that wrote this).
This is what I get for outsourcing our "About Us" section.
But I digress; we're watch lovers. Not just the shiny, show-stopping kind, but those understated gems that just seem to quietly command your attention. The scratched pieces of junk where you can't even see the dial until you buff it to the point your arm falls off. And we've taken our love affair with watches and turned it into a very part-time gig. Why? Because when you love something, you want to share it with the world. Well, that, and we also really like being able to tell time.
But here's the catch: we don't play the games. You know the ones. The "let's hike up the prices because it's Rolex" game, or the "you can't possibly appreciate this unless you have a six-figure income" game. Not our cup of tea. We believe watches are meant to be enjoyed by everyone. Yes, even you. Scratch them. Wear them. Hell, if you don’t wear them, sell them back to us (for less than what we sold them to you for).
Our mission? To make you fall in love with the tick-tock of a mechanical timepiece, the sheen of a well-polished case, the comfort of a perfectly fitted bracelet, without having to sell a kidney in the process.
So, what's our deal? We buy, sell, and trade watches. Typical names like Rolex, Patek, Cartier, Omega, IWC, Blancpain, and anything in between. We're just as delighted by the hidden charm of a forgotten, well-worn Seiko as we are with the refined elegance of a Vacheron Constantin.
Now, go ahead. Wear what you love. We insist.
